In July 2021, the new energy company of Shenzhen Expressway and its partner State Power Investment Group Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. ("State Power Investment") jointly invested in the acquisition of Huai'an Zhongheng Energy Co., Ltd. 20% of the shares. The project is located in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, with an installed capacity of 99.4MW, using 38 Nanjing Wind Power NJ140-2.5 wind turbines and 2 Nanjing Wind Power NJ130-2.2 wind turbines. The acquisition of this project has established a good cooperative relationship between Shenzhen Expressway and State Power Investment Corporation.
